I haven&#8217;t read the novels or manga so this article is <strong>solely based<\/strong> on the anime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>!!SPOILER FREE!!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Toradora follows <strong>Ryuji and Taiga&#8217;s<\/strong> unlikely friendship, and how it <strong>began<\/strong> in hopes of <strong>impressing<\/strong> and <strong>pursuing<\/strong> relationships with their <strong>best friends. <\/strong>However the story isn&#8217;t as linear then that and there are many <strong>twists<\/strong> and turns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">What makes this series is <strong>relationships<\/strong>, the dynamics between the characters are compelling leaving you wanting to know more. There are plenty of scenes that will leave you in <strong>awestruck<\/strong>. Saying that the <strong>ending<\/strong> was a<strong> little rushed<\/strong> maybe the show needed more episodes to flesh it out and maybe it was handled better in the manga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">If you get second hand embarrassed easily you may want to give this show a skip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong><em>!!SPOILERS!!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Personally Taiga is a character that I have<strong> very mixed feelings<\/strong> of. Sometimes I really enjoy her character but then other times I really don&#8217;t. Also her romantic relationship with Ryuji felt <strong>a little unhealthy<\/strong> personally I didn&#8217;t like the fact she referred to Ryuji as her dog, I wish their relationship was more equal however saying that her leaving to grow gives me hope that their relationship became <strong>more healthy and equal<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">I personally didn&#8217;t want Taiga and Ryuji to get together, I preferred them as <strong>friends<\/strong> I liked their sibling-like dynamic and I didn&#8217;t really feel the chemistry between them because of the rushed ending. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Also I didn&#8217;t understand Taiga&#8217;s character change during and after the <strong>Christmas arc,<\/strong> It came out of no where leaving me with <strong>massive whiplash<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em><strong>Bonus:<\/strong> The family struggles tucked at my heart strings massively, I do think that show handled it well.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Any who this is all <strong>my opinion,<\/strong> you are allowed to enjoy their relationship and I would love to know why you like them as a couple.
