The third post is about&nbsp;<strong>millennials<\/strong>, the generation born in&nbsp;<strong>1981 to 1996.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-black-color has-text-color\">Reminder these are&nbsp;<strong>not facts<\/strong>&nbsp;and in fact&nbsp;<strong>generalizations and stereotypes<\/strong>&nbsp;therefore I am in no way claiming that this is fact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Millennials are a <strong>hated<\/strong> generation, it isn&#8217;t uncommon for the younger generations to be hated on by the generations before them. However Millennials have become universally hated, and we will be <strong>explorin<\/strong>g as to <strong>why<\/strong> that is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Millennials aren&#8217;t all that bad in fact they are <strong>confident<\/strong> and <strong>aware<\/strong> on <strong>social issues<\/strong> which means that they aren&#8217;t afraid to question authority. They <strong>embrace<\/strong> technology and new ideas which is ideal in an ever advancing society. However we tend to <strong>focus<\/strong> on their negatives, specifically Millennials sense of <strong>entitlement<\/strong> (reminder this is all stereotypes) and an inability to take criticism this has something to do with the way they were raised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Millennials were raised by late baby boomers and early gen xers. A lot of Millennials had <strong>overprotective<\/strong> parents which is a huge contrast to the type of parenting that Gen xers endured. Millennials were praised for average achievements leaving them with a very flawed sense of reality, my effort needs a reward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">But personally I think our view on Millennials also has something to do with how they <strong>portrayed<\/strong> in the <strong>media<\/strong> specifically Hollywood. Looking at movies Millennials who are activists were the <strong>but of the joke<\/strong>, specially Millennial woman. (Millennial&#8217;s <strong>sense of humor<\/strong> is also seen as <strong>out dated<\/strong> by the generation after them)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">If these series of posts have proved anything, It would be that every generation has their <strong>own positive and negative traits<\/strong>.
