Easy Banana Recipe

Have some ripe bananas, don’t throw them away just yet why not make some delicious banana bread.

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups: all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon: baking soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon: salt
  • 1/2 cup (125grams): butter
  • 3/4 cup: brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/3 cups (3 ripe bananas): bananas
  • STEPS:
  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
  • In a large combine the flour, salt and baking soda.
  • In another bowl cream the butter and brown sugar.
  • Stir in the beaten eggs and mashed bananas in the bowl with the creamed butter and sugar (we used a blender to mash the bananas).
  • Stir in the banana mixture with your dry ingredients and stir until moisten and pour batter into a greased pan.
  • Put in the oven for 60 minutes (stick a toothpick in to see if it is ready).
  • Let cool and then enjoy 🙂
